Waiting ’till the Bitter End
Bode Miller will be a part of the US Slalom team heading in the World Championships in Are, Sweden.
Miller qualified in less than very impressive fashion, finishing twenty-fifth out of a pool of riders tuesday at a World Cup event. It was Miller’s last chance to qualify for the team. He entered the event not having finished a World Cup Slalom in over a year, his last finish coming January 22nd of 2006.

This will give the New Hampshire born skier a chance to make history, if Bode can capture gold in Sweden he will be the first man ever to strike gold in all five ski disciplines.
A success in this World Cup could put Miller on the fast track back to the top as the number on rated American skier and put the criticism of his performance in the slalom to rest.
